Originally released in 2009, Geist: The Sin-Eaters was a sleeper hit for the Chronicles of Darkness, finally bringing “life” to the realm of ghosts and death. And now this game of second chances gets a second edition, with Geist: The Sin-Eaters 2nd Edition, offering a revised and updated rules system and an expanded setting.

BACKER PDF VERSION
This is the first versions of Geist: The Sin-Eaters Second Edition to be released. We've sent you these initial Backer PDFs for three reasons:
1) To thank you for your support! You helped keep this game alive (so to speak!) and bring this into the world, and you deserve to see it first!
2) So you can start playing a Sin-Eater! These are the actual rules - this is the latest rulebook for the Chronicles of Darkness line! It's real, and it's time to fight (or explore) the Underworld!
3) To make the final version the best it can be! The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, you get to be the first backers to test the new errata and correction process!
Onyx Path has launched a special Geist: The Sin-Eaters Second Edition Errata Form, which you can access here:
Generally, we try to keep errata collection open for the next 2 weeks, although they may be accessible a little longer due to the new nature of this method. Still, please report what you can as soon as possible to make sure we're getting everything covered.
We won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form. Please note these threads will be for errata only - typos, incorrect math, page elements that overlap incorrectly, etc. It won't be for book discussion - you can do that in a different thread, or on the Kickstarter comments page.
Also, they already know about the Page XX notations - those are usually corrected after any changes are made and the books are being finalized.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), we will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice that you can re-download your file with the latest version. This will happen closer to when the final prestige hardcover books are getting ready to ship.
You've already made the game a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.

A Contagion strikes the Chronicles of Darkness...
The world is ill. You have everything to lose through its sickness. Loss. Change. Chaos. Your own blood will rebel against you. Your own herd. Your own loved ones. Do not believe that just because you’ve had a hundred years on this Earth you’ll be exempt. Just because you were ignorant of it until now, does not make you immune. Your waking to the reality of this world — of the great machine in its heart, and the sickness in its veins — is just the first step. You must find others like you and me and make them swear to drive back this Contagion.
This world doesn’t have long left. You may be a monster, but perhaps with other monsters, you can drive back the destruction of everything.
The Contagion Chronicle includes:
• The first Chronicles of Darkness book to provide guidance on playing creatures of all kinds in a shared story.
• Systems and powers enabling teams of vampires, werewolves, mages, Prometheans, changelings, Sin-Eaters, hunters, mummies, Beasts, demons, and Deviants all in the same group, encouraging you to explore all permutations of crossover.
• A new mythos — the terrifying Contagion — acting as a catalyst for unifying disparate monsters into allied groups known as the Sworn and the False.
• Over ten settings from diverse locations all around the globe, each wracked with its own Contagion, and all waiting to be explored by the Sworn and the False.

Once installed (or updated to the latest version, for those who already have it installed), those backers who should be receiving the Geist: The Sin-Eaters digital dice as one of our Stretch Goal rewards can unlock the new dice.
Remember, these digital dice were part of the Stretch Goals so were automatically added to backers who are set to receive this reward.
Step Two: Enter your Kickstarter E-Mail to Redeem
Click on the triangle to pull down the system menu
Select the settings option
Enter the e-mail address used for your Kickstarter account in the Redemption field and press ENTER

Step Three: Select Your Bonus Die
From the front page, click STORE to show all dice available
Select CHRONICLES OF DARKNESS, which will reveal the CoD dice available - including the unlocked Geist D10
Select one of your unlocked D10 styles and click SELECT to add it to your active dice
Step Four: Roll Successes
Geist Dice!
Remember to use the options in settings to customize your rolls to reflect your ruleset and difficulty options (there are two presets built in for quick selection, but you can customize with several options).

If this reward is listed as part of your Reward Tier, double-check that you're using the correct e-mail address for redemption.
If the Digital D10 is not part of your rewards list as noted on your BackerKit page, you will not be able to unlock the Geist D10 at this time.

They Came From Beneath The Sea! is a new tabletop RPG from Onyx Path, encompassing the wonder, horror, thrills, and hilarity of 1950s science fiction. This game evokes all that is great in the B-movies of decades ago, and provides a dynamic, fun experience at the table.
The players, as humans, live in a world under increasing attack. The attackers? Aliens from beneath the sea, obviously!
Adventures can range from the one-shot defense of small coastal town, to the lengthier liberation of a cruise ship invested with gill-kin, all the way to a campaign in which characters seize an alien submarine and ride it all the way down to the sea bed to take the fight to the invaders.
Put down your malt shakes, turn on the jukebox, and prepare your harpoons! You don’t want to be caught unawares when it’s revealed that They Came From Beneath The Sea!
